I would like to let you know that the water softener that we purchased for our RV is great. I am very pleased with it. I do not have to carry bottled water anymore to make coffee or to drink. There is no scum on the coffee and when I take a shower my skin is not dry like when you have hard water. You only have to use very little dishwashing soap or shampoo. That saves a lot, because we have 5-6 people that go with us camping. They can tell the difference too. Best thing I have purchased for our R.V. Love it.
